Register for Vodacom Look 4 help™ in either of the following ways:

a) Send a SMS message containing the word "HELP" to 31888.

b) Click "Register" (on the left of this site)

Follow the prompts on how to register for Vodacom Look 4 help™.

A monthly subscription of R12.70 (incl. VAT) will be charged to all subscribers.

This subscription includes one activation of a Vodacom Look 4 help™ alert per month. This excludes any bearer charges (use of the Vodacom Network) and the bearer charges will still be billed for all alert activations.

Subsequent to the first alert per month, each activation of an alert will cost R0.01 (incl. VAT).

To access the Vodacom Look 4 help™ menu, dial *120*888*HELP#.

This will enable you to add / remove cell numbers you wish to notify in an emergency.

Vodacom Look 4 help™ is only available to Vodacom Prepaid and Contract Subscribers.

Please note: This service is currently available to customers that have ported their numbers from MTN & Cell-C.

Vodacom Look 4 help™ will notify a maximum of 4 cell users, depending upon how many you have specified.

No. The Vodacom Look 4 help™ service notifies 4 of your friends or family - the recipients you added in your profile. They can then try to contact you, physically come to your rescue or contact an emergency service.

a) Guardme: lets you activate a guard via USSD for a certain amount of time, either set by you or a default of 45min is used. If you do not deactivate the guard in the time stated then a panic will be sent to your four emergency contacts as soon as the time expires. This is useful if you are entering a dangerous area or travelling late at night.

b) Follow on Tracking: allows your four emergency contacts to be able to locate you after you have sent them a panic alert. Your contacts will only be able to track you in the time limit after your panic, this is either set by you or a default of 120 min is used.

You can use this service only if you are a Vodacom Contract Subscriber and you have subscribed to Vodacom Look 4 help.

The Guardme service is a FREE service for all Vodacom Look 4 help, Vodacom Contract subscibers. If you are a Vodacom contract subscriber you can subscribe to Vodacom Look 4 help by sending an SMS with the word 'HELP' to '31888'.
