To become a Vodacom Look 4 help™ member, please follow these easy steps, in sequence: View quick reference guide here

You can Register with Vodacom Look 4 help in two ways, either:

Register Online

  1. Enter your Vodacom mobile number into the box provided.
  2. In a few seconds, you will receive a SMS containing your unique Vodacom Look 4 help™ confirmation code.
  3. Use this code to complete your online registration by entering it in the box provided.
  4. You will receive a Vodacom Look 4 help™ welcome SMS containing your unique Vodacom Look 4 help™ PIN. (You will need this PIN to set up your Vodacom Look 4 help™ profile)

Register on your mobile phone

  1. SMS: Send a SMS message containing the word "HELP" to 31888.
  2. You will receive a Vodacom Look 4 help™ welcome SMS containing your unique Vodacom Look 4 help™ PIN. (You will need this PIN to set up your Vodacom Look 4 help™ profile)
  3. WAP: You can also go to wap.look4me.co.za on your mobile phone using GPRS or 3G and then click the Subscribe Now! link. Then confirm, by clicking "yes", that you would like to add Vodacom Look 4 help to the mobile number you are using.

Configure your profile online

  1. Log in at the Registered Users login box using your Vodacom mobile number and Vodacom Look 4 help™ PIN.
  2. You will be presented with the "My Profile" page.
  3. To configure your profile, please complete the online form

Configure your profile on your mobile phone

  1. USSD: Dial *120*888*HELP#
  2. You will be taken to the Vodacom Look 4 help™ USSD menu. (20c / 20sec)
  3. Configure your emergency contacts.

Once you have configured and submitted your profile, a SMS with the Vodacom Look 4 help™ panic number(*120*888*888#) will be sent to your mobile phone.

Save this number to your phonebook and assign a speed dial to this phonebook entry. > Speed dialling
